The Little Match Girl

  This project was designed to allow readers to indulge in the world of a fairy tale written by Hans Christian Andersen titled The Little Match Girl. The objective is to create a vivid imagery of the essence of this story using only normative and expressive type. A new technique experimented in this work is the extensive use of overlapping text to create the bleak atmosphere of the dark and snowy New Year’s Eve in England.
